Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Because it makes me feel like my neck is tied up. I hate the feeling of my neck being tied up. Can't wear a tie either. May have to do with a past life, maybe I was hung to death? What do you think?
