| Introduction | Welcome to my blog. This is the place where I will be blathering on, in excruciating detail about my experiences riding and racing mountain bikes. I will try as best I can to relate these tales to life in general, so that even non mountain bikers might find them worth reading. On the rare occasions that I'm not riding, I'm in the studio recording and mixing music in a variety of styles. I do the lion's share of my riding in near Harrisonburg in the amazing Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. The trails here are superb; offering huge climbs, epic descents, and the gnarliest technical ridges anywhere.
