| Introduction | My name is Nic Linnet and I have been an educator in FSUSD for the past 17 years. My wife, Crystal, is also an educator with Visions in Education (VIE), and we have two amazing children. Skylar is a 5th grader at CHE, and our daughter Peregrine turns 3 in May. I am currently enrolled at CSU East Bay pursuing my Master's degree in Education Leadership as well as my Administrator's credential. |

| Favorite music | Pretty much whatever groove hits me in the moment. I like everything. Spotify is incredible because whatever I am in the mood for, they have a playlist for it. We try to rock out to music weekly in our class! |
| Favorite books | Anything that isn't slow. I prefer young adult novels, because they just tell the story, and don't take too many detours with extraneous details that aren't important to the basic storyline. The Harry Potter series, Hunger Games, and Star Wars saga are some of my favorites. I also enjoy feel-good stories (Wonder) and autobiographies. |
If mud is dirt plus water, what is clay?
A different kind of dirt (plus water). I believe it is a finer grain of rock or soil that can be molded when wet, or hard bricks when heated up.
