| Introduction | I was born, Myrna Jean Kinlaw, on a tobacco farm in North Carolina and lived there with my family until I was nine years of age. My parents were N. A. & Myrtle Kinlaw. In 1953, we moved to central Florida where I graduated from Leesburg (FL) High School in 1963. In the Fall of that same year, I entered Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. There, in addition to innumerable wonderful opportunities to sing, God gave me the love of my life, Phil White from Lorain, Ohio. Since marrying Phil in 1965 and graduating from MBI in 1968, I have spent basically all the years since 1963 in the Chicago area singing, as well as raising three daughters who are all now grown with families of their own. My greatest joy at this time of my life is being wife and traveling "partner" to Phil on trips for his work and also those for our pleasure! |
