| Introduction | Hi, I'm a Danish girl who turned 20 autumns in October last year and because of my curiosity and passion for adventures I moved to London in September 2011 - mainly for the work experience and to improve my English. The plan to begin with was to stay here until February 2012 but I kept extending it and now it's been 9 months since I left Denmark. I have simply loved it too much! My first London experience is now almost 4 years ago and already back then I fell completely in love with the city. The people. The atmosphere. Everything about it. So I guess this is kind of a dream comes true. I got a job in Heathrow Airport where I'm administrative assistant/construction support for the company Byrne Bros. I live in Heston which is only 15 mins from the office and Heathrow which has made it easier for me to cope with the 50+ hours a week. Because of the many working hours I have only been able to go to London in the weekends but I guess that's privileged enough?! I sure don't complain. On the contrary, I'm loving it!
