Introduction	Kamlesh Barwal is an International Trainer with the Art of Living Foundation. Apart from teaching a wide range of Art of Living courses, she specializes in training teachers in Sri Sri Yoga. Born in the Himalayan state of Himachal Pradesh in India, Kamlesh is a Bachelor in Business Administration. Known for her graceful asana practice, her classes are a blend of simplicity, fun, humor and lot of well explained yoga philosophy and knowledge. Today, as one of the most sought after Sri Sri Yoga teachers, Kamlesh is residing in The Art of Living International centre in Bangalore, under a constant tutelage and loving guidance of her Master, H.H. Sri Sri Ravishankar.
