| Introduction | After nearly two years of searching for a business to purchase, Mel was disappointed by a brokerage industry not able to service his needs at even the basic levels. He acquired Paramount Restaurant Brokers, Inc., DBA SellingRestaurants, with a vision of creating relationships with buyers and sellers through mutual trust, respect, and of course using today's technologies to maintain these relationships. This business model has been so successful that SellingRestaurants in three short years is now the largest restaurant broker not only in California, but in the nation. Mel is an accomplished business intermediary and leader having completed over $12 Billion of merger and acquisition transactions at the corporate level. In addition to holding senior executive and Chief Financial Officer positions for multi-national corporations such as Universal Music Group, the world's largest recording company, boasting about 20 record labels, and Nestle Foods, one of the largest food companies in the world, Mel is a business graduate of California State University Northridge and he studied law at Gonzaga University School of Law. Mel holds a California Brokers License. |
