| Introduction | I am a Italian immigrant from Brooklyn, NY. I now live in Clearwater, Florida, where my fourth ex-husband dumped me. I am a former PROFESSIONAL CHEF who attended Peter Kump's Culinary School. However, I presently work at a collection agency because no one else will hire me with my rap sheet, tattoos and body piercings. Recently I moved into my boyfriend's ("Big Bear") trailer house because my former roommate is a lesbian. Big Bear is SOOoo lovable and he buys me lots of neat stuff, like pots and pans, and cutting boards for Christmas (you can read about it on my MySpace Web Page). My daughter didn't speak to me for many years, but now that she has been released from jail, she comes over to the trailer park now and then for one of my wonderful pasta bakes. I usually post as chiff0nade, but I use MrsDocChuck when I want to harass that pompous jerk DocChuck who is always bragging on the food blogs. |
