Introduction	I started baking when I was a child, and I've always loved baking. Over the past several years, I've taken numerous classes in cake decorating from some of the best instructors I could find. Since then, I've been honing my skills on family as well as friends. Now I'm directing my passion into a business - which is how Enchanted Icing began. I believe a cake should not only look great but should be moist and delicious too. That's why I make my cakes from scratch, using only the finest and freshest ingredients. I take equal care in decorating my cakes to achieve just the right look for the event or intended recipient.
