Introduction	Papa Vito’s was named after our Grandfather, Baldassare “Vito” Geoppo.He immigrated to the United States from Mazzara, Sicily through Ellis Island in 1913.Papa Vito’s Pizza originated at Vito’s Bar in Waterloo, Illinois in 1991. Our goal is to cook fresh meats daily;free from fillers and enhancers, lettuce and fresh vegetables;free from pesticides and chemicals. Even our bakery breads are preservative free. Knowing our four children would grow up eating at Papa’s, we put together a healthy menu of pizza, salad, sandwiches and appetizers using our favorite family recipes. Our family greets your family when you dine at Papa Vito’s. Our customers are our friends, and our friends are family.
