| Introduction | On May 22, 2010 I married my perfect complement and best friend, Alex, and we moved into a cute, homey townhouse in Joplin, MO. We got to enjoy it for exactly one year. On May 22, 2011, our one year anniversary, our home was destroyed by one of the worst tornadoes in our nation's history, which tore through our town. This is my record of working through the emotional aftermath of that storm, getting things back to normal, and moving on with life. |
