| Introduction | Hi! I'm Ness and I'm a 22 year old student from Portugal. I've always liked eating and that translated into cooking, with my mother and grandmother as teachers. About 6 years ago I became a Vegan, and slowly but steadily, I learnt about Vegan cooking and came up with my own veggie versions of our traditional cuisine, both in savory and sweets =).
