| Introduction | Bristol PSV is a small, friendly club fishing matches around the Bristol area throughout the year. We run a points based league over the season and also a winter, spring (committee cup) and summer league. In addition we also run a "pairs" and "knockout" competition plus a "golden peg". Membership currently costs £20 per year and match fees are £20 payable on the day. Our Christmas match costs £20 in advance plus pools and peg fee payable on the day. It is followed by a buffet, raffle and prize giving at the Midland Spinner in Warmley (everyone gets a prize). We hold a club meeting at the Midland Spinner on the first Tuesday of every month and our AGM is held at the April meeting. Match bookings for the month are taken at the club meetings. All that is required for membership is a thick skin and that you are not a sponsored angler (to make it fairer for our less proficient members of which there are quite a few!)
