Introduction	On 10-19-08, I was struck from behind by an inattentive, elderly motorist while riding my bike on the road. The motorist never saw me and hit me going approximately 40-45 mph. I broke several vertebrae and suffered a traumatic brain injury. This blog is part of my effort to make the roads safer for cyclists.
