| Introduction | Tortured artist type, a real mass of complexity but love simplicity, elegance of being simple (not simplistic). I want to avoid pretensions to profundity and embrace authenticity. Next to experiencing the power of the gospel and getting those glimpses of grace, I love having ‘ah-ha’ experiences of illumination to some theretofore unknown pocket of reality. The world is one big interconnected matrix (this is why I think that perusing a physics book at Barnes and Noble helps me be a better jazz pianist). Perhaps I am more cognitive than existential in my orientation so I have found the deep theological resources of the reformed faith to minister to me more profoundly than any other tradition. But because, I'm African-American, I struggle with the sociology, not theology of the reformed world. |

Why does the color blue mean raspberry-flavored?
I'm not clever enough to answer these types of questions so I'll hide behind dismissive sarcasm. Who cares?
