About me

LocationBrisbane, Australia
IntroductionI have a daughter that some of you may know who has a gift when it comes to designing and creating beautiful projects. She can colour match anything to make her projects look professional. Unfortunately for me I missed out when God gave out the creative genes. We were invited to a Stampin Up workshop to make cards. She dragged me along and when Liz (the demonstrator) showed us how easy it is to create a professional looking card using Stampin Up products I was hooked. Now I hold my own workshops and teach others. The difference is Stampin Up provides all the tools to create a professional job whether it be cards, scrap book pages decor for the home and more.
InterestsBefore I discovered Stampin Up I would return from the shops with red card stock or ribbon and try to make something. The end result was a project with 3 different reds and 2 different blues etc. It looked awful. Now if I purchase red card stock, I choose a red, the matching DSP, ribbon, buttons, brads (all matching) and make my own embellishments using the matching bits and pieces therefore my project looks so professional. I can purchase a piece of Stampin Ups designer paper and create something from that using the same colours in the DSP to create a professional project. Stampin Up also provides a colour coach to use that tells me what other colours will coordinate with the red I choose. Demonstrators world wide share their ideas with us therefore we never run out of new techniques and ideas for our projects.
