| Introduction | Between 1988 and 2004 I worked in a variety of roles - including time as a developer, both systems & business analyst and as a test manager - for names such as BT, Barclays, Asda, nPower, JPMorganChase and RBSG. Since 2004 I have run a software house - Meantime IT - in the South Lakes (UK) to satisfy my belief that IT systems can be built to the users' requirements, on time and on budget.
