Introduction	She wore a knit tweed suit and discreet pearl earrings. Something about her might have said nanny, but it said it in an undertone of the sort employed by British butlers in a certain type of American film. It also coughed discreetly and muttered that she could well be the sort of nanny who advertises unspecified but strangely explicit services in certain magazines. from Good Omens by Neil Gaiman & Terry Pratchett Liber 49: "30. & she shall wander in the witchwood under the Night of Pan, & know the mysteries of the Goat & the Serpent, & of the children that are hidden away." I envision this journal to be more Age of Innocence and less Age of Starbucks - a salon where I can discuss modern politics, the arts, and pop culture; and the occasional rave about Football [aka Soccer], men, philosophy, metaphysics, life, the universe and everything.
