| Introduction | I love to be happy....and a few things that make me happy are: My Love, which is of course my wonderful husband...and I have to include my family and friends...and my musical friends, my hero, Jason Mraz...Jay's hero, Trey Anastasio...and all the rest of our extended musical family....Phish, Grateful Dead...Jewel, John Mayer, Wilco, Paolo Nutini, Amos Lee, Bob Marley, Brett Dennen, Bob Dylan, DMB,....now that I think about it....pretty much ALL music! As long as it's real and I can listen to it, it's all good!...and.....my obvious faves, my kids(my animals)... photography...baking and cooking...art...writing songs and poetry...AND just one more thing. I'm trying my hardest to make people realize their own potential to enjoy life through the power of happiness, with positivity and smiles!! Life is here for you to live! Enjoy it!! p.s.
