Introduction	I am M. Deen, Peace loving person with simple life style, having great bond with environment and nature. Spring is a piece of coiled wire. Each time it is pressed stores energy, bounce back firmly, regain its shape enables spring stand tall and firm. That’s resilience and motivating factor of my life. එතුන ලෝහ දඟරයකි ස්ප්‍රිනය, එසතු හැකියාවකි පෑගීමට ලක්වූ සෑම වරකදීම ඇති වන තෙරපුම නිහඬව දරාගෙන ශක්තියක් සේ ගැබ් කරගැනීම හා පීඩනය ඉවත් වූ සැනින් පෙර තත්වයට පත්වීම. මට හැඟුන අන්දමට නම් පෑගෙන සෑම වරකදීම ලද්දේ තවත් වැඩි ශක්තියකි. කටුක මාවතක ඉදිරියට එන්න ලද ශක්තිය සුළුපටු නොවේ, එබැවින්ම විශ්මිත දඟරයකි.
