Introduction	In the summer of 2007 I decided to get off the treadmill for a while and left a lucractive career on Wall Street after years of sleep deprivation, making airports and hotels my home away from home, and taking knives and chopsticks out of my back. Years ago when I first started in the business, someone gave me a piece of sage advice: "Do something that will allow you to find Intellectual, Emotional and Financial Fulfillment". I coined it the IEFF. For the past two years I have been searching for the Holy Grail of IEFF. I invite you to travel on a journey of sharing with one another how to find your ultimate IEFF.
