Introduction	I absolutely enjoy reading recipes, looking at photos of home cooked, wholesome dishes that I too, would like to join the world of food bloggers. Our inspiration derives from the famous Anthony Bourdain - his series of No Reservations, Andrew Zimmerman - Bizarre Foods, Adam Richman - Man vs. Food, Guy Fieri - Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, and most recently, Samantha Brown. All these famous food celebrities who travel all over the world, showing viewers all cultures of food has really sparked our brains on how we eat, cook and think about each culture out there. There will be times where I have the impulse to attempt a authentic Mexican dish, an Italian dish, a Filipino dish. There will also be times where I come across another blogger's recipe which I will attempt. This will be a place to post my attempts. My hand as the amateur chef with the assistance from my mr.
