| Introduction | I am 37 years old and live in the West Midlands, Easter 2011 saw me complete the Devizes to Westminster canoe race which was an unbelievable achievement!! Prior to this i have ran numerous half and full marathon's including Snowdonia x 2, Nottingham x 3, Lisburn and Milton Keynes. After the Canoe race i needed a fresh, exciting challenge and after years of being tempted by Triathlon i finally took the plunge. In July, after approximately 8 weeks training i completed my first Sprint Triathlon in Lincoln, and from there well i was just hooked!! My long term goal is to compete in the Nottingham Outlaw in 2013.... |
