| Introduction | Mirrie Dancers, a Shetland Arts commision, fuses traditional crafts with new technologies. It is an innovative and inspiring project, conceived by artists Nayan Kulkarni and Roxane Permar, through which residents of Shetland can participate in creating light based artworks not only for their locality but also for a set of permanent art installations at Mareel, the new music and cinema venue.
