| Introduction | "Buying property is a bit like having a haircut...even a bad one will grow out!". Funny as it might be, there is a lot of sense to that quote, however, as intelligent investors the "hit and hope" mentality is something that needs to change. I have bought £3 million worth of "stock" over the last 3 years...none of it was "hit and hope" and all of it was "by the numbers"...thats why mine work, I don`t susidise them, they subsidise me. For 3 years I have been touring the UK as a property speaker. I have a reputation to tell the population what they need to hear not what I want them to hear...I started this blog to share this info' between all of us. Providing you have a medium to long term plan, play the numbers game, have NO emotional input and do your homework..property investment is a good thing. |
