Introduction	I am currently a trainee manager at The Vineyard Hotel and Spa were i am doing a 3 year in service training. were i work throughout the entire year at the hotel travelling from department to department and spending between 1 month to 3 months in a specific department. I also attend granger Bay Hotel school for 6 weeks once a year which will allow me in the end to obtain 3 course certificates in hospitality management an allow me access to study my fourth year for my degree.
