| Introduction | Welcome to: Hello Hidden Anxiety. I'm Vic Daly. The group title "Hello Hidden Anxiety" is all-important, please let me explain. Let's start at the beginning when I first started to notice something odd about my own behaviour. I became a slave to having to complete things that just had to be perfect in my eyes before I would make it public. Whether it was a blog post, guest post, videos, and many other things that I thought was all so damn important. So what is hidden anxiety, and how could it affect us? Do you suffer from any form of anxiety? I mean, how can you tell if you are suffering, if you don't even realise you have anxiety, do you? Anxiety, stress, helplessness, or whatever you like to call it will come to the surface as it did with me. It visits us all in various stages of our lives.
