Introduction	I'm approaching 50 and I don't like it. And as I try to learn to sail a Laser faster, my semi-fit middle age is usually catching up with me at the end of racing on a Sunday. However, I live in a warm, safe SE Asian country where the sailing is reasonable, the golf is great and the cost of living affordable.
