In this capacity I have hired and trained my own team of professionals known as the “Sinclair Home Team”. I continually advise both buyers and seller on all aspects of real estate transactions both commercial and residential. I am a great negotiator, have sold over 700 homes in the last 10 years in Atlantic County, NJ plus many commercial businesses.
