| Introduction | Hi, I am Vindya. This space is my outlet to share my passion for food and travelling. Cooking and baking are my stress busters - my catharsis. With this blog I hope to record my experiments and experiences in the kitchen in the form of recipes so I can come back to them time and again. Some are family legacy recipes, some are new experiments but most of the ones that make it here are our new favourites. I love travelling too - a hobby I share with my husband. He is the best travelling companion one could hope for and someday I hope to coax him into writing our travelogues and complete the "Around the World" page of this blog. I am an avid reader - I also have plans for starting a page on this blog where I would write about the books that have had the most impact on me. However, so far this has only made it to my wishlist.
