Introduction	I am a bank consultant and currently CEO of a new bank in organization. For over ten years I was CEO of a mortgage banking company which sold loans to Freddie Mac and serviced loans for its “failed institutions” (companies whose servicing portfolios were transferred and sold by Freddie Mac). I am also qualified as an expert witness in Federal Court and have testified both for and against Freddie Mac.
