| Introduction | I grew up in Central Illinois in swirls of flour and sugar, baking muffins and reading my parents’ cookbooks. After graduating from Cornell University with a degree in Nutritional Science, I moved to San Francisco and took a desk job. But there was something missing; I wasn’t baking. About a year later, I left the desk and became a pastry chef to pursue my passion. After many different ventures, I've found my nich as part of the Facebook Culinary Team, working and learning from an extraordinary pastry chef. |
