| Introduction | I like to chat, as you can probably tell by my blogs. I started blogging to keep my own enthusiasm up and its kind of like my 'open diary'. Logging all of my attempts to get fit and stay that way. I started to keep fit after my mum passed away of cancer, and we decided to raise money for research to help try and beat this disease.I am married and have been now for 30 years, I enjoy the odd pint of lager. I play guitar at my church. I have three kids, one is still at home, middle child made me a grandmother 7 years ago, and he is just so adorable, and a reason to stay fit and healthy! I belong to a running club, and have now become a LiRF, so now I can lead groups out for running sessions! How cool is that! Now who'd have thought I would be doing this when I first started jogging in 2008? |
