IntroductionWaleed is a young legal researcher pursuing his second Master’s in Legal Research (LRM) at Utrecht University, the Netherlands. His current work focuses on the dynamics and methodology of Law. Before moving to Utrecht, Waleed worked in Egypt as an associate attorney for Open Chance & Associates and earlier as a legal researcher in Thomson Reuters Multinational Corporation, dealing with cases and legislation across the Middle East & North Africa region (MENA). Meanwhile, he instructed research, mooting and debating skills classes at MPL and RISC Legal Academies. Waleed obtained his bachelor degree and his post-degree from Ainshams University Faculty of Law (English Department), Cairo, Egypt in 2013 and 2016. Elfarrs mooted in Price Media moot court in 2013 and was granted a scholarship to take part in the annual Annenberg-Oxford summer institute. That put him in a stance to take the chair of a national moot court competition and to coach Ainshams University’s team to the international rounds at Jessup 2016 in Washington D.C.. On top of that, Elfarrs is a regular judge in several moot court competitions.
