| Introduction | Former United Nations Official. Smithsonian Institute 1989 Washington DC Natl.Council E.Europe Soviet Research Wash. DC 1990-91 Dept. of Natl.Defence HQ Ottawa Canada 1992-93 UNITED NATIONS, 1994-2005. Serving in Former Yugoslavia during and after the war in Bosnia, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia and Albania. My mandate from 1994-1998 was to investigate the actions of the local military and police. From 1998-2005 served with the UN War Crimes Tribunal, 2000- served in Belgrade as the Deputy Head of Office. |
