Introduction	I have always been a picky eater and finding things I like to eat at restaurants can be challenging. I want to highlight my favorite restaurants in Colorado but more specifically Colorado Springs. Perhaps I can help other picky eaters in finding their favorite eats. My husband on the other hand has a more adventurous palate and you may receive his critique on the food every now and then. I have a rule I don’t eat anything that is cute. Except chickens which can sometimes be cute but I was attacked as a child by one so I figure it is fair game. Also I don’t eat seafood because it creeps me out that fish swim in their own poop and lobsters look like aliens. Luckily, my husband doesn’t care about cute stuff or poop therefore his motto is, “I will try anything twice”.
