| Introduction | This blog is about my journey through loss and grief in the wake of the loss of my life partner of 21 years. My blogs are raw and real. I'm a 48 year old gay male. On January 3, 2010 I lost my partner of 21 years, Raymond Perry Riker, III, to complications from colon cancer. I have one cat and one dog which I love dearly. I love to cook (a hobby I picked up about 5 years ago). I started enjoying gardening when I took over those duties from my partner. I love to eat out at great restaurants. I enjoy walking but am not a fanatic. I work in the kitchen and food industry. |
