Many of us know that our neighbors inspire us, entertain us, challenge us, and teach us better than anyone. Maryland is "The Free State," and Baltimore is its capital of eccentricity. Combine this freedom to be eccentric, inexpensive living and several of the finest art, film, theater, and music schools in the world for a great year-round fringe festival. |
