| Introduction | I am, above everything else, a dreamer. A full fifty percent of my day is spent reading fantasy, writing fantasy (nothing good enough to publish, unfortunately) or dreaming fantasy while my busy little fingers do something with yarn, string, floss or twine. Even when I sleep my mind shows me strange scenarios and fantastic worlds, which I'm working on putting into a webcomic. I am a tad unsocial, I admit, but that doesn't stop me from wanting to share what I see with the world. And, of course, part of that dreaming is learning! You want to teach me something? Great! My biggest wish is that I would live long enough that I could eventually learn to do everything....how to build computers, how to create a house, how to groom a poodle, you name it! For now, I'm concentrating on learning how to knit and crochet and learning how to cook. We'll see what the future brings... |
| Interests | Reading, learning, reading, manga/anime,reading, RPGs (the game kind, not the gun kind), reading, drawing, reading, yarn/threadcraft... oh, and reading. |
| Favorite movies | Labyrinth, Legend, The Cell, Pan's Labyrinth, and anything by Hayao Miyazaki. (Howl's Moving Castle, Kiki's Delivery Service, Spirited Away...you get the picture). As far as series go, I also love Full Metal Alchemist, Wolf's Rain, Gurren Lagann....I just got Netflix, so I'm sure there's more to come. ^_^ |
| Favorite music | Linkin Park is my all-time favorite, followed by Enya, Within Temptation, Gackt, Skillet and Three Day's Grace. Climbing the ladder to favoritism (but not quite there yet) are Celldweller, Five Finger Death Punch (their newer stuff) and Armin Van Buuren. |
| Favorite books | Oh boy, here we go...The Wayfarer Redemption series, Abarat, anything by Holly Black, the Eragon series, the Merlin series by T.A. Barron, the Petshop of Horror series, The Dragon Quartet by Marjorie B. Kellogg, the MARS series by Fuyumi Soryo, anything by Orson Scott Card, Phantom by Susan Kay, The Alanna Quartet and The Immortals Quartet by Tamora Pierce and, last but not least, the Hodgepodge Book. Phew, I think that's everything.... |
Chicken monkey shoes?
What? I don't understand. Am I supposed to ask myself a random question? Or ask you guys a random question? Fine....why do hotdogs come in packages of six and the buns come in packages of eight? I know the answer, do you?
