| Introduction | Glenna Muncy has worked at UAA since 2001. She began her career in student affairs and operations and became the Director of Parking Services in December 2008. Glenna holds a B.A. in Communication, a Masters of Public Administration in Policy Analysis, completed her Certified Parking Professional credential in 2010, and became a Certified College Auxiliary Services Professional (CASP) in 2013. Glenna is a member of the National Parking Association, the International Parking Institute, the Pacific Intermountain Parking & Transportation Association, and the National Association of College Auxiliary Services. |
