| Introduction | I started running in Aug 2005 after applying for the London marathon. I got in and have done it 4 times now. I ventured into triathlon in 2008 after failing to get into London and haven't looked back since. The last few years of training for triathlon has seen my fitness improve massively. Being a single dad with older kids I have plenty of time to get out and train when not working. |
