| Introduction | Rachel Eggum Cinader , founding president of Hope 4 Women International is an author and speaker. She also founded Dress a Girl Around the World under Hope 4 women International. She and her brother, Tom Eggum co-authored the book "God Why Don't You Hear Their Prayer?"Rachel currently works with the women of Uganda empowering them to lives of dignity through education, job training, business start-ups and teaching them they are valued by their Creator.
