Introduction	Bill Porter is an international speaker, author and leadership consultant. For the past 35 years, Bill has been an active financial planning practitioner and is a former instructor of estate planning and taxation. From 1989 to 2001 he lived and worked in Europe. Bill is currently finishing his doctoral degree in the Executive Leadership Program at The George Washington University and holds a BS, Master of Education, is a Doctoral Candidate and a Chartered Financial Consultant.
