Introduction I have been cooking professionally for nearly five years. Having studied at Ballymaloe Cookery school in Ireland I was catipulted into some great freelance jobs in London, cooking for Directors lunches as well as working for some big catering companies. I then went on to work for a friend in Lymington, Hampshire on a small organic farm, making deli products for the farm shop, doing outdoor catering and running a cafe at music festivals. I am now ready to go it alone and am looking forward to flexing my spatula in my favourite domain - CAKES! I love cooking for people and am always happy to do a dinner party or canape party as well as making cakes for special occasions. I am also really keen to sell to some great cafes in Bournemouth.....

Favorite Books Right now I'm loving 'Nigella's Christmas' by Nigella Lawson, 'Chocolate & Zuchini' by Clotilde Dusoulier, and rock steady cake book 'The Ultimate Cake Book' by Barbara Maher, Another great cook I've been admiring is Leila Lindholm who should soon have a book out called 'A Piece of Cake'
