| Introduction | A PROUD American living and working in Italy tough loving in another culture. Italy is a great place to vacation. It is very trying to live here. I liked Italy a lot more when I didn't understand the news. Between lessons in patience and tolerance, being reminded that I am a guest - albeit one that pays close to 60% in taxes - in this country, I have learned culinary fascinations and have become a devout follower in the simple yet exciting flavors Italy's cuisine offers. I'd like to share these culinary adventures with you too. I don't Facebook nor am I a Twit-ter.
