| Introduction | I'm an old country girl who loves blue skies, bird songs, and walking. I have long had an interest in living a healthy lifestyle after living a not-so-healthy lifestyle in my more youthful years. When you reach a certain age, you begin to appreciate what good health really means. My faith in the Creator is what sustains me day by day. I believe in looking forward to the what comes next but not allowing worry to infiltrate and send me into a spiral of fearfulness. Looking backward has only one benefit--- learning from my past mistakes not to repeat them. |
