Introduction I'm a 22 year old male who was obese like a lot of people in America. However, that changed in the Summer of 2009 when I decided I had enough of looking at myself in the mirror and hating what I saw. I already knew how to lose weight because I lost 30 lbs before freshmen year of high school. I played four years of high school football, and gained mass through weightlifting. However, after football was over senior year, I gained all that fat back plus more by my junior year in college. I decided I had to find out how to lose weight and keep it off permanently. To this date, I have done tons of research on how to lose weight and gain muscle and wanted to share it to anyone who reads my blog. I personally have lost 50 lbs and have kept it off for nearly a year. I have spent a lot of time answering questions on Yahoo Answers but decided I had to make this blog so anyone wanting to become healthier could read this blog instead. I don’t claim to know everything, but I know a lot about what it takes to burn the fat and gain the muscle. And if you follow my advice and are dedicated to your fitness goals, you can achieve success as well.
