| Introduction | I am a Southwest New Mexico native, born and raised. In the mountains surrounded by nature, I am home. I have always loved to create with my hands.
I started my self-taught quilting journey in 2014. Since then, I have taught many classes on different quilting techniques – both online and face-to-face – my favorite being the 3D Hexagons and Easy Y Seams. In July 2016, I dove in and accomplished my first free-motion quilting on a HQ Avante. I continued with learning computerized quilting on an HQ Fusion with Pro-Stitcher in exchange for sharing my knowledge with my friend. In the beginning of January 2017, I took over a FB quilting group: Life’s A Quilt. In 2021, I started my own quilting group: iTec Quilting. I purchased my first longarm with Pro-Stitcher from MK Quilts in April of 2021 and shortly afterwards, I joined the MK Quilts University contributor and mentoring team. I specialize in quilt piecing and computerized quilting with Pro-Stitcher and Pro-Stitcher Designer. I continue to support those wanting to learn more about piecing quilts and computerized longarming. |
