| Introduction | Javier Piñán has developed most part of his professional career within the multinational companies with presence in Spain. Having responsabilities in sales, technical, marketing and management areas, his main focus has always been the end user client. Such approach has allowed him to obtain wide technical and economic knowledge of the purchase motivation for each of the production stages all the way to the final consumer. His experience as Manager in the meat industry allowed him to gain broad experience in the coordination of different business areas, being well-known for his design and implementation of competitor analysis as the means to assess the market products offer and demand. This skill of strategic planning was always executed by combining the technical discourse with relevant marketing actions oriented to the end user client. He does have wide experience in the establishment of institutional relationships and influences as a consequence of his work for the Agroalimentary Inter-professional Associations. Currently he gives specialized senior consultancy about Strategic Planning to animal production companies. |
