| Introduction | About us: Lin and Roni Lin and I met at work. We had dinner several times and really clicked, our first dinner was at Sonic, really romantic. It was the closest place to eat by work. We used to frequent Sonic, but just for the memory of our first date. Lin proposed a commitment ceremony (marriage), while we were at South Padre Beach. We were on a dune watching the sun set and the full moon was rising behind us; it was beautiful. We celebrated a Holy Union in Sept 16, 2000. It was a family affair attended by both our families and close friends. Our "honey-moon" was in Cancun, we flew in first-class, a first for both us thanks to Jacque's mom who was a travel agent. We have a home in Round Rock, Texas and two dogs. Chickle' - beagle / Jack Russell Terrior mix and Prada - a miniature pincher and who knows what mix, both runts but healthy dogs. Lin was the oldest of 4, mother Julie, sisters Marlene and Fran and brother Martin. I am the youngest of nine, mother Lupe, sisters, Marti, Betty, Dora, Pat and Kandi, brothers, Willie, Junior and Hector. |
